Dibolo wallpaper terms and conditions

1: We try our best to describe the colour of wallpaper, however we cannot make sure the colour is 100% match the wallpaper. So we highly recommend our customers ask for samples first before purchasing.

2: We can give full refund to customers for any unopened roll left over from the project within 30 days after purchasing. Freight for returning wallpaper is paid by customer.

3: If customer want to change the wallpaper because of "changing of mind", the customer should pay the freight to ship the wallpaper back to Dibolo, also to pay the freight for the new shipment, if there is any.

4: There is no refund for customer if they simply changed their mind after receive the wallpaper. We highly recommend that customer ask for a sample first and make sure you like the colour and design before purchase it.

5: We recommend our customer to DIY, we provide full support. however it is fine for our customer hire a trademan to do the hanging. If there is a fault discoverd by trademan or customer, Dibolo will pay max 1 roll hanging fee ( up to $40) to our customer, no stripping fee is paid. The reason is if there is a fault in the wallpaper, an experienced trademan should be able to find it after 4 drops, the trademan should not work any more on the paper and should ask Dibolo for more information.

6: We will send new wallpaper to our customer if they are hanging it by themselves and a fault is discovered.

7: We don't give any refund or exchange to feature wall and kids room wallpaper if customer is changing their mind. We will replace any faulty wallpaper if there is a fault found by our customer.

If customer NOT agree aboved terms and conditions, please DO NOT purchase wallpaper from Dibolo wallpaper.
